Synopsis
In his latest effort at world domination, power-mad Lex Luthor subverts science to create a radiation-soaked super-villain he christens Nuclear Man. As the Man of Steel crusades to put an end to the out-of-control nuclear arms race, Nuclear Man attacks, leading to an all-out battle that stretches from Manhattan to Europe and all the way to China.
