There may be an important update available for the Cineplex Store application on your Samsung Smart TV. If you do not have a Play button available on your Samsung TV for movies you have purchased or rented, please ensure you have updated to the latest version of the application. The correct revision of the app will be v220.127.116.11 or above; if you are unable to check the version in the settings menu of the app, then it will need to be updated. Some Samsung TVs require a forced update, which can be done by resetting your Smart Hub. Your Samsung Smart TV manual provides detailed instructions on how to reset the Smart Hub, however quick guidance is to press Menu -> Smart Hub -> Smart Hub Reset. This will clear the settings from your Smart Hub and will redownload the list of preinstalled applications to your TV. You may need to manually redownload the Cineplex Store after the reset, depending on your TV model.
