Synopsis

When Detective Scotty Galban's partner Joey is murdered, the police promise his heartbroken widow Janine that they'll find the killers and a determined Scotty starts an investigation. It turns out that Joey was a dirty cop who made a lot of enemies. As Scotty's investigation continues, he uncovers disturbing evidence of police corruption and a dangerous secret involving an unlikely young woman.
