Synopsis
Two friends embark on a journey to the seediest parts of Mexicali for a birthday celebration. When they meet two girls and head back to a hotel to celebrate, it's clear the girls have other ideas. Sex, drugs, torture and a ransom involving the Mexican cartel. Is this all some sort of elaborate birthday prank? Or has a birthday dream turned into a birthday nightmare?
