Synopsis
When Detective Scotty Galban's partner Joey is murdered, the police promise his heartbroken widow Janine that they'll find the killers and a determined Scotty starts an investigation. It turns out that Joey was a dirty cop who made a lot of enemies. As Scotty's investigation continues, he uncovers disturbing evidence of police corruption and a dangerous secret involving an unlikely young woman. Everyone who talks to him is turning up dead, but Scotty finds that the only thing more dangerous than knowing the truth is exposing it.
