ABOUT THE STORE
The Cineplex Store is a digital platform that offers over 9000 HD movies to rent or purchase digitally, including new releases and all-time classics. Customers earn SCENE points every time they purchase.
Watch online at cineplexstore.com, or on the Cineplex Store app. The Cineplex Store app is available through your Samsung or LG Smart TV, Roku, AppleTV, Android, iOS or Chromecast.
Rentals are movies you can watch within 30 days of transaction, while digital downloads remain in your Cineplex Store library permanently.
Home Premieres are premium releases that were most recently in theatres, or had a straight-to-digital release and are now available to watch at home. PIN codes can be made eligible for Home Premiere rentals or downloads as well.

You can purchase Cineplex Store PIN codes that are redeemable for downloads or rentals in SD, HD or 4K format. For our rate card and to place an order please reach out to our Cineplex Store Partnerships team directly at storepartnerships@cineplex.com.
HD Rentals on the Cineplex Store sell for a retail average of $5.99, and HD downloads average at $27.99. Discounts for purchasing PINs in bulk start at 10% off and increase with quantity ordered.

The expiry dates of PIN codes can be agreed upon between you and the Partnerships team. Once a PIN code is redeemed, a customer has 30 days to watch the movie and 48 hours to complete the viewing once started.
SCENE points will not be earned upon redemption of a PIN code.
You’ll receive your purchased PIN codes in a .CSV file. The Partnerships team will provide you with instructions on how your clients or employees can redeem the codes. Printed digital rental cards are also available at an additional cost. Please indicate your interest in the Price Inquiry Form.
It takes an average of 1-2 business days for PIN codes to be created & sent to you by the Cineplex Store team. Invoices are issued within a week by our Accounts Receivable department.
Each PIN Code (the “PIN”) is valid for one (1) free digital movie rental (Video-On-Demand) in SD, HD or 4K format and can only be redeemed once. PIN Code expires on pre-determined date as agreed upon between client & Cineplex Store. PIN may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or coupon and is not valid on download-to-own or Home Premiere rental products. No substitutions, rain checks, or time extensions will be granted. No SCENE points will be earned upon redemption of the PIN. PIN cannot be converted to cash or gift card. If the PIN recipient is under 13, the transaction must be processed in the name of a parent/guardian. Cineplex is not responsible if the PIN is lost, stolen or used without permission, and the value will not be replaced. The PIN is only redeemable in Canada.
