Who should I contact if I have questions?
How long will it take to receive my Corporate Products?
With the exception of custom Gift Cards, most orders are shipped 3-5 business days once payment is accepted. Rush orders will be shipped 1 business day after payment is accepted.
How can I find out the status of my order?

How will my Corporate Products be packaged?
Corporate Products are shipped via secure courier in secure, sealed envelopes.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No, orders cannot be completed over the phone. However, if you require assistance or are experiencing difficulties placing an order online our fulfillment team will be happy to assist you! Purchases should be made directly using the online site.
Are my Gift Cards and Certificates ready for use?
For security purposes Gift Cards are shipped with a 48 hour activation delay. Certificates are shipped with a 24 hour delay unless otherwise requested.
