1. Question: What currencies are offered for Cineplex Gift Cards?
Answer: Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards are offered in Canadian funds.
2. Question: My Gift Card doesn't have a PIN on the back right corner. What can I do?
Answer: There may be some Cineplex Gift Cards that do not have a PIN. You can use cards without PIN's at any Cineplex Entertainment theatre. If you wish to purchase any products online you must have a PIN for security purposes. To ensure you can enjoy the convenience of online gift card purchasing in future, please contact customer service at storehelp@cineplex.com. They will be pleased to exchange your current Gift Card with a card that has a PIN.
3. Question: Do Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards have any expiry date?
Answer: Cineplex Gift Cards have no expiry date.
4. Question: My gift card is damaged. What can I do?
Answer: If your Cineplex Gift Card is damaged, contact storehelp@cineplex.com who will assist you.
5. Question: What if the balance left on my gift card isn't enough to pay for the whole order?
Answer: The Cineplex Store is pleased to offer the convenience of more than one payment method. Once you have finished shopping and proceed to checkout you will arrive at the Payment Information page where you will be prompted to select up to 3 payment methods. You can use any amount on your Cineplex Gift Card up to and including the full amount required to pay for the entire order. If the balance on your Gift Card is not enough to pay for your entire order, you may pay for the balance with either your credit card or SCENE points or a combination of both!
6. Question: How do my shipping costs get calculated?
Answer:
Gift cards are shipped separately from DVDs and Blu-rays. You will be charged $0.99 for shipping and handling for each card in your order up to 10 cards. Shipping and handling fees are not applied to gift cards worth $50 or more.
7. Question: Where can I purchase Cineplex Gift Cards?
Answer:
Cineplex Gift Cards can be purchased online at

or at at any Cineplex Entertainment theatre box office.
8. Question: Some of my products are on back order or have been pre-ordered. Will my Cineplex Gift Card be charged for the full order now?
Answer: If you used your Cineplex Gift Card for part or all of your online purchase, your Gift Card balance will be immediately deducted.
9. Question: I want to buy Cineplex Gift Cards online. How can I pay for them?
Answer: You can complete your purchase by using a credit card, Cineplex Gift Card, redeeming SCENE points, or any combination of these methods.
10. Question: What if I lose my gift card after I receive it?
Answer: Always treat your Gift Card like cash. Neither the Card nor its value is replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or used without permission. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact Customer Service at storehelp@cineplex.com
11. Question: Can I reload my gift card?
Answer: Yes. You can reload your Gift Card at any Cineplex Entertainment theatre box office or guest services desk.
12. Question: When will my Cineplex Gift Card(s) be shipped?
Answer: Cineplex Gift Cards are normally shipped the next business day from receipt of order and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. If your Cineplex store order contains Gift Cards and DVD's or Blu-ray's, the Gift Cards will be shipped separately.
13. Question: How do I check my card balance?
Answer: When you are ready to complete your online purchase, you can check your card balance on the payment information page. You will be prompted to enter your Gift Card number located on the back side of your card along with your PIN found to the right of the gift card number. If you have not used your PIN number before, you will need to scratch the card to reveal the PIN. You can also call 1-800-544-7573.
14. Question: Can I earn SCENE points when purchasing a gift card?
Answer: SCENE points can only be earned when purchasing products with credit card or by redeeming SCENE points.
15. Question: Can I pay for other store products using my Cineplex Gift Card?
Answer: You can complete your purchase by using a credit card, Cineplex Gift Card, redeeming SCENE points, or any combination of these methods.
16. Question: Where can Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards be redeemed?
Answer: Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards are redeemable online in the Cineplex Store for any product. They can also be redeemed against the purchase of any admission or concession, products at any Cineplex Entertainment theatre including Cineplex Odeon, Famous Players, Galaxy Cinemas, SilverCity, StarCité, Coliseum, Colisée, Colossus, Cinema City or Scotiabank theatres. Cineplex Gift Cards are not redeemable at Alliance Atlantis Cinemas.
