Points are deducted immediately at the time you place your order.

4. Question: How do I join SCENE?

Answer:

You can join SCENE by completing your free online registration at http://www.scene.ca/home.aspx. Membership is free.

5. Question: How can I earn SCENE points?

Answer:

SCENE members with valid SCENE card numbers may earn points on every purchase in the cineplex.com store. SCENE points can only be awarded to the member card used when making the purchase. Points are awarded towards the cost of the product(s) - not on taxes and shipping.

6. Question: How are SCENE points calculated?

Answer: Earning SCENE points
SCENE members are eligible to earn 5 SCENE points for every $1 spent in the store with the exception of Gift Cards.

Redeeming SCENE points
SCENE members are eligible to purchase part or all of their purchase with their SCENE points. You will require a minimumof 1000 points in your account to redeem points towards a purchase. If you select SCENE points as a payment option the full balance of your SCENE points will be deducted up to the total value of your order.

7. Question: What are bonus points?

Answer:

A variety of products within the store may offer regular points AND bonus points. If you purchase a product that is eligible for bonus points you will be awarded both the regular and bonus points.

8. Question: If I use my Scotiabank SCENE Visa card at the store, will I receive any additional SCENE Points?

Answer:

Yes. Scotiabank awards additional bonus points for SCENE Visa cardholders who purchase products within the cineplex.com store. SCENE Scotiabank Visa cardholders receive 5 SCENE points for every $1 spent in the store.

Answer:

Points are normally added to your SCENE account when your product is shipped. In stock items normally ship within 1 business day.
