1. Question: How do I find items? There is a lot to choose from?

Answer:

One of the easiet ways to search for a product is by using the Keyword Search. The store Keyword Search box is located in the top right corner of every page of our store. Whether you are looking for a very special item or just want to see what we have, the Keyword Search is fast and easy. Just type in a few words such as an actor or director's name. We'll show you products that match as closely as possible to your search. You will have faster search results by entering the full title of the product - this is known as the exact match search. A check box for exact match filter can be found in the top right corner of the store.

2. Question: I only want to see certain types of movies like comedy or foreign films. How do I find them quickly?

Answer:

You can search favourite types of films or movie genres by using links found on the left side of the store pages. Here you will find a list of many types of popular genres. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product specific detail page. You can refine your search by filtering your favourite actor, director or genre by selecting Award Winning or Blu-Ray.

3. Question: I am getting a lot of information when I search by genre? I am getting hundreds of search results.

Answer:

To conduct a more specific search, click the relevant tab at the top of of your search result page. You can sort your search by Release Date or alphabetically from A-Z. f you're not sure exactly what you're looking for, click the other links in the top navigation bar to browse Award Winners, Box office hits and more.

4. Question: How do I get more information about a product before I make a purchse?

Answer:

The only information we can confirm about a particular item is what we display on the product detail page for that item. If you don't find the information there, you may find more information by posting your question to an internet discussion board or other online discussion community.

5. Question: Can I search by UPC?

Answer:

Yes, you can search for any store product by entering the UPC code in the site search box.
