1. Question: How can I review my order?
Answer: We strongly encourage you to check the accuracy of all the information you provided on your order check out form, and if necessary, make adjustments. When you're ready, click the 'checkout' button. After you place your order, you will receive a Thank You message confirming that we have received your order. We'll send you a Confirmation e-mail within 1 business day confirming your order status. The confirmation email will show you a summary of your entire order and payment methods, the status of your items, SCENE points earned or redeemed, if applicable, and a unique confirmation order number.
2. Question: How do I remove something from my shopping cart?
Answer:
You can update and remove any item while on the shopping cart page by clicking on the 'Remove' link to the right of each product listed. You can still remove items from your cart right up to the Review Order page. While at the review order page, you will see your total order including shipping and taxes, and if applicable, any promotional discounts. If you still want to make changes or continue shopping, simply click on the Cart link in the top right corner of store. You will arrive back at your shopping cart where you can add, remove or change the quantity of any item. Once you are happy with your order, click the 'Update' button. This will update your shopping cart to show your new order total.
3. Question: How do I add items to a shopping cart?
Answer:
Simply browse through the store. When you find an item you would like, click the Add to Shopping Cart or Pre-order today buttons on the right side of the product detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of the store. Please note if you sign in using your mycineplex account and decide to quit shopping after placing items in your shopping cart, the store will save these items in your cart until your next visit. You can remove any items previously saved in your shopping cart.
4. Question: I have already submitted my order but now I have changed my mind. What can I do?
Answer:
Once your order has been submitted you must receive the order, then follow the return instructions applicable to your order. Return information can be found here Return Information.
