1. Question: I have selected all of my items and I want to complete my purchase. How do I pay?
Answer: You can complete your purchase by using a credit card, Cineplex Gift Card, redeeming SCENE points, or any combination of these methods.
Once you are satisfied with the products in your cart, you will proceed to check out. Next you will be taken to the Shipping address page where you will be asked to complete the shipping destination address. You will then be taken to the Payment Information page where you will be asked to give us just enough information to complete your purchase.
If you choose to redeem SCENE points, you will need a minimum of 1000 available points in your SCENE account. To redeem SCENE points towards all or part of your purchase simply enter your SCENE card number as it appears on your membership card. Note - If you are a SCENE member, you are eligible to earn points on every purchase. Simply enter your SCENE card in the space provided on the Review Order page.
If you choose to pay for all or part of your purchase with a Cineplex Gift Card you will need to enter your gift card number and PIN located on the back side of your card.
If you choose to pay for all or part of your purchase with a credit you will need to give us your billing information which will include your first and last name and your e-mail address. You will also be asked which credit card you wish to use for the purchase. Once you select the credit card type, you will need to enter the billing address for the card as it appears on your monthly statement. Finally you will be asked to enter the expiry date and the CVV 3-digit code on the back side of your card.
2. Question: When will my SCENE points be deducted from my account?
Answer:
If you are paying for all or part of your order using SCENE points and your order contains any in stock, back order or pre-order items, including applicable taxes and shipping, your SCENE account will be deducted immediately.

5. Question: Why is the credit card information I gave not working properly?
Answer:
It's not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We'll send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the order. Your credit card is never charged unless the order is successfully completed.
If you are experiencing problems with credit card authorization, you're always welcome to submit another credit card to complete your purchase.
6. Question: What information do you need when I complete the Billing Information for an order?
Answer: If you are paying for part or all of your purchase with SCENE points, you will be asked to enter your SCENE card number as it appears on your membership card. If you are paying for part or all of your order with a Cineplex Gift Card, you will be asked to enter your gift card number and PIN located on the back side of your card. If you are paying for part or all of your purchase with a credit card, you will be asked to select the credit card of your choice. You will need to enter the expiry date and the CVV security code. The CVV code is a 3 digit code usually found on the reverse side of your credit card. Finally, you will be asked to include your full name and address as it appears on your monthly billing statement from your financial institution.
7. Question: Why do you need all of that information?
Answer:
The Cineplex Store ensures that we are asking only the amount of information needed to protect the card holder.
8. Question: When will the charges for my order appear on my credit card?
Answer:
All in stock items, including applicable taxes and shipping will be immediately charged to your credit card.
9. Question: Some of my items are on back order or have been pre-ordered. Will I be charged for the full order?
Answer: No. Your credit card will only be charged for in stock items. When your pre-order or back order products have been shipped your credit card will be charged for those items plus the originally calculated taxes and shipping costs. If you paid for part or all of your order with SCENE points, your points will be deducted immediately from your account. If you paid for part or all of your order using a Cineplex Gift Card, the value will be deducted from your card immediately. If you applied eligible promotion codes when ordering, you will still receive the applicable discounts.
